SCOPE AND OBJECT OF THE BED AND BREAKFAST SERVICE (BB)
These General Conditions of Service govern the relationship between the Bed and breakfast Attico 195 (hereinafter "BB") and the Customer in order to provide the overnight stay and, if provided for by the tariff, that of providing breakfast.
The customer can request the provision of services by booking online on the dedicated website/ booking portals (e.g., Booking.com/Expedia), by email, telephone or verbally.
The contract is concluded at the moment when the Customer receives the confirmation of reservation after checking the availability of rooms.
If the activation of the Services cannot take place due to impediments not attributable to BB, the contract will be automatically terminated, without this involving any kind of liability of BB towards the Customer.
ACTIVATION AND PROVISION OF SERVICE
Upon activation of the Service, BB guarantees to the Customer the enjoyment of furnished accommodation units (hereinafter "Rooms"), in number and type defined in the booking confirmation and breakfast, if included in the rate, will be served at a coffee agreement communicated at the beginning of the stay. The BB will hand over to the Customer any additional equipment necessary for full use of the services chosen (accommodation keys, etc.).
The Client must use the rooms, common areas and equipment in such a way as not to disturb the normal performance of the Service and third parties housed in BB facilities.
The Customer shall be solely liable for any direct damages resulting from the breach of this obligation, indemnifying BB against all consequences, costs or charges.
The Client shall indemnify BB against any prejudice, damage, liability, expense, including legal expenses, incurred by BB, and shall hold BB harmless from any action, reason, claims made by third parties against it that find cause or reason in behaviors and/ or omissions attributable to the Customer himself or are the result of non-compliance and/ or violation of the precepts provided for in these General Terms and Conditions BB.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
In the case of booking online, by mail or telephone, you can use the following payment methods: bank transfer IBAN, credit card and cash.
To confirm the reservation for standard rates, with and without breakfast, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the cost of the entire stay. Payment of the balance will be made at the beginning of the stay.
To confirm the reservation for the non-refundable rate you must pay the amount of the entire stay by bank transfer or credit card.
DURATION OF THE CONTRACT, CANCELLATIONS AND PENALTIES.
The Contract is valid and effective from the date of conclusion of the Contract itself and ends if both of the following conditions are met: the Client and the third parties connected to it, or dependent on it, have left the BB’s accommodation permanently; the Client has paid the full amount due to BB.
Check-in must be done between 15:00 and 20:00 and there is no possibility to use the entire property before this time. Any late arrivals must be agreed in advance with the BB at an additional cost of € 10.00. Failure to give advance notice may cause long waits, of which no claims or claims for reimbursement are accepted. Check-out must be done in winter before 10.00, if this does not happen the cost of an additional night will be charged.
The Client has the right to cancel the reservation and terminate the contract. In this case, he is entitled to a refund if paid in advance. This fee depends on the time (compared to the scheduled check-in date) with which the Customer informs the B&B of the cancellation.
The reimbursement rates according to the type of tariff are as follows:
Standard rate with or without breakfast:
- 100% refund if the cancellation arrives within the fifth (5°) day before the stay,
- In case of cancellation from the fifth day before the stay until the previous day there is a 30% deposit.
- in case of no-show at check in (no show) The customer will be required to pay for the entire stay booked.
Non-refundable rate:
The customer will be required to pay for the entire stay booked.
No refund is provided for the guest who leaves the BB in advance, whatever the cause.
PROTECTION OF PRIVACY
The Customer is informed, pursuant to article 13 of D.Lgs. n.196/2003, that the processing of personal data provided to BB is necessary in order to allow BB directly or through third parties to fulfil its obligations under this contract or for the fulfilment of obligations under the Law or regulations.
The data controller is the owner of BB.
DOCUMENTS
Upon arrival at the BB and, if online before arrival, you must hand over your valid identity documents (passport, ID card, other valid document) required for registration under current regulations. Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the rules of the criminal code and entitles us to ask for immediate withdrawal from BB. Our guests' data is processed in accordance with the applicable privacy regulations.
RESPONSIBILITY OF BB
BB shall be liable for breach of contract and provision of the Service solely on its own account. If the Customer on arrival finds a Service different from the agreed one but accepts it anyway, it is automatically considered to be void of any claim for compensation and the new Service replaces, by agreement between the parties, the previously agreed.
LIMITS OF LIABILITY
BB will not be liable in the event of delays, inconveniences, malfunctions and/or interruptions of the Service due to: unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure; tampering or intervention on the service or equipment carried out by the Customer or by third parties not authorised by BB; damage or inconvenience caused by total or partial interruption of the supply of electricity or water; The BB will not be responsible for valuables not deposited in the safes of the BB.
The BB will not be held responsible for any theft of objects and values stored in the safety deposit boxes of each room as it would not be possible to prove and quantify the actual content.
BB STAFF RECOMMENDS:
Total silence shall be observed from 23:00 to 08:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.
Children must always be accompanied by an adult. In any case, a behavior must be maintained that at no time of the day and in no way undermines the tranquility of others;
The cleaning of the rooms is daily. The rooms must be left free by 10.00 am for cleaning. If the rooms are not vacated by 10:30 am, cleaning will be postponed to the next day unless agreed with the owner. Please arrange your personal effects so that they can be cleaned.
It is strictly forbidden to introduce other people in the room, on the terrace and in any area of the BB without the authorization of the manager, penalty supplement of € 250.00.
The client will not be able to sublet or lend, in whole or in part, the room, under penalty of cancellation of the reservation right and penalty fee of € 250.00.
Breakfast is served at the bar, cafe or pastry shop indicated by the owner or his substitute at check in. any vegan/vegetarian/Cilician snacks and breakfasts must be communicated before the start of the stay.
It is strictly forbidden to introduce, weapons, drugs and more. Under penalty of immediate termination of the contract. It is also strictly forbidden to smoke in the room. You can freely smoke on the terrace, using only the ashtrays.
No objects of any kind may be left in the common areas. The BB is not responsible for personal items left unattended. The BB disclaims any responsibility for loss, theft or damage of objects belonging to you left in unattended rooms.
It is strictly forbidden to bring animals of any kind or size.
